Dear sir,Next summer in the week from 7 july 2012, or maybe in the week starting the 14th of july 2012 we would like to rent 2 times a 3 room flat.One for our own family of 4 and one for our friends, a family of 5. Again we had a lovely visit in Casalta, Gubbio. The weather was fantastic and it was nice to meet old and new friends by the pool. Excellent place for relaxing and enjoying the great views. Thank you!

Wonderful place for holidays for the family. Stylish, quiet, very clean and nice. Superb view to Gubbio and mountains. Hospitable owners, big swimming pool, good sortie base to the most beautiful small towns in Umbria.

La Casa Vacanze è immersa nel verde con una bella vista, molta curata e pulita. Ottima la cucina. Un autentico angolo di paradiso. I proprietari sono tutti molto cordiali. Consigliata a famiglie con bimbi.

This summer we were in Casalta for the third time and again it was great. So we booked for the fourth time before we left ;-) We have lots of friends spending their holidays in Italy and based on what we hear and see, Casalta is very good value for money! Can't wait for summer 2011!!

My friend Gina and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Casalta, basking in the warmth and hospitality of this family run establishment. Beautiful, pristine gardens and pool, and a lovely apartment with terrace where we enjoyed the magnificent view with a glass of local red wine (or two!). Belissimo! Great hosts, great location - highly recommended.

siamo stati cinque giorni a Casalta .... cinque giorni di tranquillita' in mezzo ad un verde stupendo, l'appartamento era bellissimo con una veduta stupenda. Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gehad bij Fabrizio en zijn familie in augustus 2009. Prachtig uitzicht over Gubbio vanaf je terras, rust en binnen 10 minuten de drukke gezelligheid vinden in Gubbio als je wilt. Winkels en natuur in de buurt. Perfecte combinatie. Leuk voor kinderen, heerlijk zwembad, goed verzorgd appartement met goede bedden. Het complex is niet te groot waardoor het gemoedelijk is. Het hele terrein is wonderbaarlijk goed onderhouden. Op deze plek kun je van echt Italie genieten. Wij gaan in 2010 terug!

We have had such wonderful holidays in Casalta, that we felt kind of sad when we had to leave. First and foremost the kindness and generosity of Fabrizio and his family are unsurpassed. Add to that the very well tended apartments, the beautiful garden, the refreshing pool, the wonderful weekly diners etc. We are longing to return!!

Siamo stati per la terzia volta in Umbria! Vacanze Casalta è un agriturismo ottimo, la vista è bellissima, il nostro appartamento era bellissimo, il giardino era un paradiso. Grazie mille per una settimana bellissima in Umbria!

We stayed for one week in Casa Casalta (august 2008). What you see on the website is exactly what you get. The apartments are nice, well equipped and scrupulously clean. The swimming pool is crystal-clear and a lovely place to relax for both parents and children. Stayed somewhat out of Gubbio centre, the place itself is very quiet, and the surroundings are beautiful. Not mentioned on the website are the efforts of the family to make sure that everything is to your liking. At Casa Casalta, you really feel welcome!

Voor het tweede jaar op rij zijn we bij Fabrizio en zijn familie op vakantie geweest. De ligging in Italie, de omgeving en de accommodatie maakt het een geweldige plek om vakantie te vieren. Voor onze kinderen en ons was het al snel heel vertrouwd en de aanwezigheid van de familie speelt hierbij een grote rol. De betrokkenheid bij de gasten is prettig, het eten eens per week als men wil heerlijk en ook de gasten die op deze vakantiebestemming afkomen zijn leuk. Het zijn vooral italianen en de meeste mensen zijn al vaker geweest. Dit zegt genoeg. Wij zijn met pijn in ons hart weer vertrokken maar weten zeker dat we volgend jaar Casalta weer aan doen. Voor Gubbio, het weer, het huis maar vooral ook voor de familie!

The family was very gracious and welcoming. The directions online were not adequate but the owner e mailed us very detailed instructions several weeks before we arrived.We had an excellent stay.The view of Gubbio from Casalta is worth mentioning as it is spectacular.Only one small negative comment. It would have been nice to have one channel in English on the satellite television.A beautiful location convenient to many places in Umbria. The restoration of the old buidlings has been very well done. The place was very clean and well equipped.The family was very welcoming and helpful in every way possible.

Sono stato ospite di questa stupenda struttura per 2 notti in occasione della festa dei ceri.l'unico rammarico è di esserci stata troppo poco.La casa e il paesaggio sono fantastici ed la vista sulla citta' di lascia d'incanto.I proprietari sono molto gentili e ti aiutano in qualsiasi modo possibile.Da consigliare a tutti.Credo che ci ritornerò molto presto.

Da ormai 4 anni siamo ospiti di questa tranquilla Casa Vacanze. Situata in un luogo panoramico, con vista diretta sulla città di Gubbio, in mezzo alle verdi colline umbre. La sistemazione nella casa è comoda e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, e l’ospitalità della famiglia che gestisce la struttura allieta ulteriormente il soggiorno (ottima la proposta della cena tipica umbra). Un luogo dove passare ore di relax in assoluta tranquillità (usufruendo anche della piscina), vicino alle più belle e turistiche città umbre e allo stesso tempo lontano dal caos cittadino. Consigliato anche per le famiglie.

Wir waren vom 17.06.2006-01.07.2006 zu Gast in der Casa Casalta! Es war unser erster Urlaub in Umbrien und wir sind von dieser Landschaft, den herzlichen Menschen und den vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten begeistert. Casa Casalta können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage traumhaft schön.
